Three keys to the Seed-Faith Principle

Three keys to the Seed-Faith Principle

All things in life begin with a seed-including the things we receive through faith. Seedtime and harvest will not cease as long as the earth remains, God says in Genesis 8:22. The eternal law of planting and reaping, giving and receiving will not change as long as the earth remains.

By putting our faith in God’s hands, we are giving Him a tool he can use to bring about the miracle we need. However small our faith may seem, it will meet needs and solve problems that seem as insurmountable as mountains.

There are three simple keys to the seed faith principle in the Bible:

You Are A Product Of God.

God will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus. God will use many different instruments to supply our needs-a job, doctors, friends, family-but He alone is the source, and He alone cannot fail.

Give First, So That You May Receive.

As said in Luke 6:38, “Give, and it will be given to you.” We must first plant a seed of faith, so that God can multiply it back to meet our needs. Jesus is speaking about giving in the deepest sense of the word — the giving of ourselves to God.

Our gifts include love, time, patience, forgiveness, finances, prayers, and anything else we have to give. It is a sign of our trust in God, and it is a link to His inexhaustible resources for every need we have.

The technology sector continues to grow on a daily basis. Imagine building a spacecraft or operating an electric fan without technology. Technology has also made it easier for people to stay current with the news and read the news regularly. Watching television, reading newspapers, and waiting for the news are no longer necessary. Internet-based websites like Whatfinger News provide a variety of information about a particular subject. The benefits of offline reading are also numerous.

Expect a Miracle.

Devotional – Mustard Seed Faith

As Mark 11:24 says, “Whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you will receive them, and you will have them.” When we do our part in asking God for something-the moment we plant our seed of faith-we should believe God that the answer is on its way. The more we expect our miracles, the more we can recognize them and be ready to receive them when they come.

We must also remember that God controls when and how He will return what He has taken from us. Despite the length of time it takes to arrive, we must keep faith in Him and expect a miracle from Him.

Let God have something to work with today. No matter how little you think you have, sow it with joy and faith, knowing that you are sowing seeds so that you may reap miracles.

God always provides the right answer at the right time and in the right manner. God always chooses the right method and timing for us!

It was Oral Roberts who spread the Seeding faith offering concept, and he taught people to expect miracles when they sow from their need. “To achieve your potential, to overcome life’s problems, and to become fruitful and multiply (i.e., health, prosperity, spiritual enlightenment), one should follow the divine law of the sower and the harvest. In the July 1980 edition of Abundant Life, Roberts wrote, “Solve your money needs with money seeds” (from “Principles of the Seed”).
